iPOC

iPOC is an Ignition-native (Ignition required) lift platform for monitoring and control of pump-off controllers at scale. Built on Ignition 8.x with a Perspective-only, mobile-ready UI, it leverages Ignition’s licensing, ISA-18.2 alarm pipelines (SMS/voice/email/Teams/Twilio), Tag Historian, security, and audit trails. UDT’s for Lufkin, SMARTEN, Weatherford and others connect over Modbus/TCP for high-frequency acquisition; serial Modbus/RTU polling is handled on-site by a local gateway with round-robin scheduling. iPOC automatically archives surface and downhole dynocards and supports manual card pulls. Engineers can adjust manufacturer configuration and set-points remotely and issue secure commands—Start, Stop, Idle, Alarm Reset, Clock Set—with role-based access and full audit history. Per-well status views streamline troubleshooting, while group status grids—static or dynamic (e.g., by run status, pump fillage)—provide fleet-level visibility. iPOC runs in your Ignition gateway and shares data via OPC UA, MQTT Sparkplug B, and SQL/REST, making it easy to integrate with historians, enterprise tools, and other Avadine services (e.g., WellTraq, Greyswift).
